We provide a variety of services for the application of new chemical substances according to the Australian Industrial Chemicals Law (application and assessment). The Australian Industrial Chemicals Law (1989) requires application and notification to be submitted by manufacturers and importers for the manufacture and import of new chemical substances in Australia.
We provide application plans suitable for business plans, including the quantities of new chemical substances to be manufactured and imported and the purpose of import.
Total technical support will be provided, including the close examination of necessary information, arrangement of research studies, preparation of application documents, preparation of GHS-SDS technical documents and risk assessment reports, and responses to authority requests for modification.
We will provide all study data required for the application.
The study schedule and data reliability will be monitored by our company
