1. Gene Expression Profiling with DNA Microarray

   We are entrusted with gene expression profiling of various species with Affymetrix GeneChip®. Profiling with Agilent DNA Microarray and Illumina BeadChip are also available.

2. Gene Expression Profiling by MassARRAY Multiplex System

   We perform multiplex assays using Sequenom MassARRAY MALDI-TOF MS system. The MassARRAY system enables highly accurate and sensitive, cost efficient assays. DNA methylation analyses are also available with the MassARRAY system.

3. Gene Expression Profiling by Quantitative RT-PCR

   We perform gene expression profiling of specific genes by real-time RT-PCR. Tests in compliance with the reliability standard are available at your request.

4. Toxicogenomics Studies

   In collaboration with the Toxicological Science Division, we perform toxicogenomics studies on changes in tissue and cellular functions of experimental animals with a molecular biological approach. In accordance with test protocols designed by clients, we conduct experiments in cells and animals, isolation of RNA from cells/tissues, profiling of gene expressions with various DNA microarrays, and comparative analyses with various biological parameters to elucidate mechanism of toxicity and drug efficacy.

1. Genome Mutation Analysis with Genotyping/Mapping Array

   We perform measurements and analyses of SNPs, LOH, and CGH in human genomic DNA with Illumina Genotyping Arrays and Affymetrix Mapping Arrays. We are an authorized service provider of Illumina, Inc. (Illumina CSPro) and Affymetrix, Inc.

2. Genome Mutation Analysis by MassARRAY Multiplex System

   We perform SNP genotyping with Sequenom MassARRAY MALDI-TOF MS system.
   The MassARRAY system allows highly accurate and sensitive assays.

3. Genome Mutation Analysis by PCR

   We perform gene mutation analyses by base sequence measurement of specific genomic regions by PCR. Special analyses such as comparative analyses between tumor tissues (isolated by microdissection from histopathological specimens) and normal tissues are also available. Moreover, we can perform genome mutation analyses by direct sequence measurement to meet specific needs.

4. Multiplex Genome Mutation Analysis

   We perform genome mutation analyses for drug metabolism using Affymetrix DMET™ Plus Array and Roche AmpliChip® CYP450 Test.
